Jeff and Debbie Mitchell started the Westland business in 1984. Their son, Zack Mitchell, carried on his father's passion for high performance and quality care for both customers and employees. Zack began working in the family business at just 14 years old in 1986, helping in the shop. After college, he joined the company full-time, continuing his career with dedication to the heating and cooling industry. In 2009, Zack became President of Westland.
Today, Westland Heating/Air Conditioning + Plumbing has over 85 employees and continues to grow. Our team brings more than 450 years of combined experience to the table. We are deeply grateful for our hardworking, dedicated team members.
