Bob Serpentini - SHS Athletic Wall of Fame Inductee
Bob Serpentini fell in love with the car business after landing his first job washing vehicles at a dealership when he was 16 years old. By the time he was 22, he was a first-generation Chevrolet dealer in Orrville, Ohio. Today, the Serpentini Auto Group encompasses six Ohio Chevrolet stores in Orrville, Tallmadge, Strongsville, Westlake, Medina and Willoughby Hills. His two sons, Bobby and Ryan, also work for the family business. Serpentini Chevrolet of Strongsville has been a strong supporter of Strongsville City Schools and the Mustangs Athletic Department for several years. The turf fields at both Strongsville High School and Strongsville Middle School are known as “Serpentini Field” due to his commitment and financial support of SCS. For the past decade, Serpentini Chevrolet has donated a new car for an annual raffle giveaway, benefiting the District’s Athletic Program. “Supporting the athletic enrichment of local youth builds pride in the schools and creates college opportunities for the students,” said Mr. Serpentini.
