Mental Performance Mastery with Zach Sorensen

At the October 2023 booster meeting it was approved to purchase Brian Cain's Mental Performance Mastery Team Consulting for $15,000.  The board had discussed the importance of Mental Health and the training students need.

On Monday, November 20th, 2023 and Tuesday, November 21st, 2023, Zach Sorensen, a former MLB player and current Atlanta Braves Director of Mental Performance, presented The 10 Pillars of Mental Performance Mastery System to the athletes at Strongsville High School.
